Privacy Policy

When you submit the growth audit form at /contact, we collect exactly what you type into it: name, email, and optionally phone, business name, website, industry, service of interest, your description of your business problem, main challenge, approximate inquiry volume, an optional indicative budget, timeline, the channels and tools you use today, and how you prefer to be contacted. With it, we also record the page and language you used, the time you sent it, and any campaign labels in the link you arrived from (utm_source and similar). If you use the chat assistant, we also collect what is described in “The website chat assistant” below. We don't collect anything about you beyond that.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts on this site today. Each page loads the chat assistant's small launcher script from JOTA 24/7, JOTA Agency's own application; it is not used for tracking or advertising. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

This site sets one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, to remember whether you prefer English or Spanish. It contains no personal information and is not used for tracking or advertising. The chat assistant does not set cookies; the browser storage it uses is described in “The website chat assistant” below.

When you submit the form, our server saves your request in JOTA Agency’s private sales system, a database only our team can access after signing in. It is sent there over an encrypted, authenticated connection, never directly from your browser.

We may also receive an internal email alert about your request through Resend, a third-party email delivery provider (see resend.com/legal/privacy-policy).

If our system is temporarily unavailable, nothing is saved: your browser opens your own email application with everything you wrote, addressed to jotaagency@jotaagency.org, so you can review and send it yourself. In that case, your message goes through your own email provider, not ours.

Checking the consent box means you agree to be contacted about this request only. We do not add you to marketing campaigns, and we do not message you by SMS or WhatsApp unless you separately agree to that.

If you open the chat assistant on this site, we also collect what you write in it: your messages, the assistant's replies, and any name, email, phone, or business details you choose to share. Nothing you type is sent until you open the chat with its button.

The chat is JOTA Agency's AI Website Assistant, powered by JOTA 24/7, JOTA Agency's own application. It runs in a window served by that application, not by this site. Your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate the replies (see openai.com/policies), and the conversation is stored in JOTA Agency's private JOTA 24/7 database, hosted by Supabase (see supabase.com/privacy), which only our team can review after signing in.

So you can continue a conversation later, the chat window keeps a random identifier in your browser's storage for the JOTA 24/7 domain. To limit abuse, the chat counts requests per visitor and per network address (IP address). Our database stores a keyed hash of the identifier and of the network address — a code computed from each value with a secret key — rather than the values themselves. None of this is used for tracking or advertising.

Replies are generated by AI and can be wrong; they are not an offer or a quote. To reach a person, use the contact form or write to jotaagency@jotaagency.org.

We use what you send us through the form or the chat only to respond to your request or question — to evaluate whether and how JOTA Agency can help, and, if you share contact details, to follow up with you about it. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your request. We only share it with the service providers that run these features for us, as described on this page: Resend for internal email alerts about form requests, and OpenAI and Supabase for the chat assistant.

You can ask us what information we have about you, including chat conversations, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing jotaagency@jotaagency.org. We will act on that request as quickly as we reasonably can.

This site and its services are intended for business owners and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If how this site handles information changes — for example, if we add analytics or change any of the providers named on this page — we'll update this page to reflect that.
