Privacy Policy

When you submit the growth audit form at /contact, we collect exactly what you type into it: name, email, and optionally phone, business name, website, industry, service of interest, your description of your business problem, main challenge, approximate inquiry volume, an optional indicative budget, timeline, the channels and tools you use today, and how you prefer to be contacted. With it, we also record the page and language you used, the time you sent it, and any campaign labels in the link you arrived from (utm_source and similar). We don't collect anything about you beyond that.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts on this site today. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

This site sets one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, to remember whether you prefer English or Spanish. It contains no personal information and is not used for tracking or advertising.

When you submit the form, our server saves your request in JOTA Agency’s private sales system, a database only our team can access after signing in. It is sent there over an encrypted, authenticated connection, never directly from your browser.

We may also receive an internal email alert about your request through Resend, a third-party email delivery provider (see resend.com/legal/privacy-policy).

If our system is temporarily unavailable, nothing is saved: your browser opens your own email application with everything you wrote, addressed to jotaagency@jotaagency.org, so you can review and send it yourself. In that case, your message goes through your own email provider, not ours.

Checking the consent box means you agree to be contacted about this request only. We do not add you to marketing campaigns, and we do not message you by SMS or WhatsApp unless you separately agree to that.

We use what you send us only to respond to your request — to evaluate whether and how JOTA Agency can help, and to follow up with you about it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your request.

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing jotaagency@jotaagency.org. We will act on that request as quickly as we reasonably can.

This site and its services are intended for business owners and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If how this site handles information changes — for example, if we add analytics or a different email provider — we'll update this page to reflect that.
