This website describes JOTA Agency’s services and packages and lets you request a private proposal, a free growth audit, or send us a message. It is informational and does not itself deliver any service — using the form does not create a contract or start any paid work.

Prices are not published on this site. Every engagement is scoped after a free growth audit and quoted in a private written proposal that lists the scope, deliverables, limits, timeline, investment, and any external costs. No work begins, and no price is final, until a proposal is agreed in writing.

J Connect is a pilot program: WhatsApp, Instagram, and email are configured and tested for each client individually, and provider/messaging fees (e.g. WhatsApp Business, email sending) are billed separately by those providers.

We don't promise a specific number of leads, replies, conversions, or any other business result. What we commit to is a clear scope, a written proposal, and a system built to get every inquiry a real answer.

Please don’t use the contact form to send spam, attempt to compromise the site, or submit information you don’t have the right to share. We reserve the right to ignore or delete submissions that misuse the form.

The content, design, and copy on this site belong to JOTA Agency unless otherwise noted. Please don’t reproduce it without permission.

This site and its content are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, JOTA Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site; this does not limit any liability that can’t legally be limited.

We haven't finalized a specific governing-law clause for these terms yet. Until we do, we resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith — email jotaagency@jotaagency.org and we'll work it out. If you need a governing-law clause confirmed in writing, for example as part of a signed services agreement, ask us and we'll confirm it before you sign anything.

We may update these terms as the site and services evolve. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
