MONTHLY WORKFLOW

How a month works.

The same clear cycle every month, with your approval before anything is published.

    Plan

    We review the previous month and prepare the strategy, pillars, and content calendar.

  2. 02

    Create

    We write, design, and edit the content — using your material or new production.

  3. 03

    Approve and publish

    All content stays in draft until you approve it. We then schedule and publish on verified accounts. Changed content returns to draft for approval.

  4. 04

    Moderate and review

    We handle basic comment moderation, review performance, and recommend next steps.

What we need from you

  • Access to your social media accounts and brand assets
  • Timely approval of the content calendar and content pieces
  • Accurate information about your offers, promotions, and business updates
  • Usable photos and videos, if you choose Social Management without production
  • Personal replies to direct messages, complaints, and sensitive situations
  • Confirm account ownership and grant the access required for each agreed platform

Platforms, content mix, the option you choose, and the number of production sessions are confirmed on your free growth audit and documented in a written proposal. Nothing is billed until you approve it. Platform compatibility is confirmed only after checking your accounts and access.
